Sierra RyanWallick is passionate about catalyzing positive change as a serial Social Entrepreneur. She is the Founder of AutumnLeaf Fundraisers (a nonprofit she started at 10 years old that has raised over $100,000 for charity) and the Co-Founder and CEO of UP Cycle Design (a sustainable fashion startup that diverts textiles and plastic bags from landfills, while raising money and awareness for community causes). She also has a vlog channel (where she releases two vlogs a week about her journey as a college social entrepreneur with health challenges) and is on the Advisory Board of the nonprofit Girls for Business.
Sierra has won several awards for her social change work including the Governor’s Youth Volunteer Service Award in 2013, a National Jefferson Award in 2014, and the prestigious Diana Award in 2021.
Her passions include mentoring, hiking, listening to podcasts, studying Stoicism, or spending time on her family’s old Christmas tree farm enjoying nature.

April Singleton: I am a social-entrepreneur-forever-in-training, that does a lot of project-based work across the country. From helping nonprofits facilitate workshops to designing curriculums of my own, I am passionate about creating experiences that help people learn more about themselves and the world around them.
